The 2024 team member compensation merit increases became effective on Sunday, February 25, 2024 and will be visible on your pay stub on Thursday, March 14, 2024.
Viewing New Pay Rates
By the first week of March, your new base pay information will be updated in Oracle. You can view this information by logging into Oracle > Me > Personal Information > My Compensation > Current Salary.
The 2024 Compensation Increase Award Statements will be available to you in late February or early March if you signed/completed an appraisal. You can review your salary award by visiting Oracle > Me > Personal Information > My Compensation > Compensation Change Statements.
2024 Merit Increase Budget
The merit increase budget across TriHealth was increased slightly to 2.8%. Division leaders administered merit increases to achieve an average allocation of 2.8%.
Please review your compensation statement when it is available and follow up with your one-up leader if you have questions.
