The McCullough-Hyde Foundation’s 2024 Chefs’ Celebration was a record-breaking success and raised over $110,000 to support McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital.
Chefs’ Celebration was held on Saturday, November 23, at Hanover Reserve, marking the 11th anniversary of this signature biennial event. This year’s “A Taste of the South” theme brought together nearly 250 attendees for an unforgettable evening of fine dining, elite wines and bourbons, and community connections.
“Chefs’ Celebration is a testament to the power of community coming together for a great cause,” said Janet Shirley, Chefs’ Celebration Committee Chair. “This year’s event was not only a feast for the senses but also a vital opportunity to support McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital and its mission to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare.”
Renowned chefs from across the region prepared Southern-inspired culinary masterpieces, showcasing their skills at chef stations that delighted guests with unique and flavorful creations. The evening also featured paired wines, as well as a bourbon tasting and a live musical performance.
Guests were treated to cuisine prepared in person by an esteemed lineup of chefs:
