TriHealth Bridge

November 29, 2023

Do you have family members or friends looking to be a part of the TriHealth family? Now is your chance to be rewarded for finding the next TriHealth team member.

TriHealth is committed to supporting our team members in living happy, healthy, and productive lives so that they are better able to care for their families and loved ones—and those we serve. Following our system-wide transition to Oracle earlier this year, we have enhanced our team member referral bonus process.

How to receive a referral bonus (download details here or follow the instructions below):
1. Identify someone you know who is interested in working at TriHealth.
2. Visit Oracle and select “Current Jobs”
3. Select the position you are referring
4. Once in the requisition, select “Actions and then refer candidate”
5. Fill out the required information of the candidate you wish to refer then click “Submit”.

Once these steps are completed by the TriHealth team member, the candidate will receive an email link to apply for this position. The candidate must use the link received in this email for the team member to receive the referral bonus credit. If the referral candidate is hired by TriHealth, the referring team member will be eligible to receive the referral bonus.

  • The referral bonus will be paid in two installments - one at six months after actively working at TriHealth and the second installment after twelve months of actively working at TriHealth. Does not qualify for PRN positions.
  • PRN referrals do not qualify for The Referral Bonus.
  • Other exclusions may apply.

Additionally, TriHealth is continuing its sign-on bonus program. If a team member refers a candidate to a needed clinical position, the team member is also able to obtain a sign-on bonus, if applicable.

I was referred by a tri-Health employee but was never given the opportunity to insert her name in the application. Is there to inform someone that I was referred by a Tri-Health employee?

My husband has applied to tri health for a few jobs. No one has gotten back to him. He is an excellent worker and would be proud to be a tri health employee. He has lots of experience

I attempted to do this before this message came out and got denied. My person was out of training yet. She had marked my name on the initial application
