Good Sam’s 15AB entire staff, including Lucas Kraft, Sera Dindia, Matt Schneider, Jacob Fleming, Morgan Martin, Margaret Fruedemann, Joseph Ward, and Brooke Fette, as well as 11th floor’s Danielle Johnson, Karen Ziegler, and Jason Korte were recently honored through the Good Samaritan Foundation Grateful Patients and Families Program for exemplifying both the SERVE values and the TriHealth Way.
Along with a gift, the grateful patient, Zita Jeanmougin, wrote, “I want to thank the staff on floors 11 and 15 for the excellent care I received while being and inpatient a total of four times from June to August of 2023. While I do not remember all the names of the people that cared for me, I would like to acknowledge how caring they were. The 11th floor nurses I remember are Danielle Johnson, Karen Ziegler, and Jason Korte. The last time I went to the 15th floor it was by Life Squad and several of you were there to welcome me! The squad driver had never seen anyone being welcomes and he said that if he ever needs to go to the hospital, he knows what floor to ask for! While I would like to acknowledge and thank and of the staff on 15, the names that I do remember are Lucas Kraft, Sera Dindia, Matt Schneider, Jacob Fleming, Morgan Martin, Margaret Freudemann, Joseph Ward, and Brooke Fette. Joey was very good at ‘finger sticks’ and I do hope he breezed through the state boards. The food Service people were different every day but always made sure that I ordered a ‘guest tray’ for my husband Paul. The environmentalist was always cheerful and efficient! The chaplains stopped in to say ‘hello’ frequently! You all treated me like I was your Grandma! Thanks!!!! Thanks again for being a great staff – caring, compassionate, and cheerful!! May God bless you all!”

Along with a gift, the grateful family, the Hernandez family, wrote, “Dad’s 14cd Girls and Jay: I know being a nurse is your job, but you all exceeded beyond the expectations of your role. I have never met more loving, caring, and devoted nurses. You have made such an impact in not just our dad, but in us too. You meant so much to him and were his safe place at the hospital when he needed ‘EXTRA Princess love’ when he was sick. I don’t know how to thank you enough for loving and caring for Dad. I hope you always remember how much he loves you, your convos, selfies, caramel macchiatos, and big hugs you would give him before you left to go home each shift. Seriously you’re amazing! We love each of you so much and wanted to make a donation in his memory to you! We Love you and you’re our family forever, The Hernandez Family”
