We are excited to announce that TriHealth will be transitioning to QGenda as the enterprise standard On-Call System.

QGenda is the leading innovator in Physician Scheduling and On-Call service management. QGenda’s cloud-based platform will:

• Allow team members and physicians to easily find the correct provider on-call through a dedicated on-call repository and allow for searchability on specific providers and schedules.
• Provide flexibility for providers to view their own on-call schedules and easily navigate the mobile app.
• An integration with Voalte will allow for quick and easy communication

TriHealth’s goal is to create a single “source of truth” that you can count on to provide accurate, real-time, accessible information about who is working at any time across our service lines. Our priority is to make scheduling more efficient for you and at the same time enhance our patient care processes.

This enterprise transition to QGenda On-Call will take place in waves over next 6-9 months. You will receive additional communication in the coming weeks to provide more detail on the QGenda On-Call implementation and next steps.
