TriHealth Bridge

May 30, 2023

Between Monday, June 5 and Friday, June 16, you have the opportunity to share your feedback through completing the 2023 TriHealth Engagement & Magnet Survey. This survey, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete, is a great way to share your feedback to help us make progress on where we have improved and take action on where we need to continue our efforts.

Be seen. Be heard. Be healed. Our new brand tagline doesn’t just apply to our patients. At TriHealth, we are committed to listen to and utilize team member feedback to take action as we continue to move TriHealth from Good to Great. This is your opportunity for your feedback to be seen and your voice to be heard about your work experience, your leadership, the TriHealth culture and the future of the health system.

The feedback you provided during the last full survey in August 2021 and the last pulse survey in November 2022 helped to identify key opportunities for improvement throughout our organization. We continue to invest in each and every team member in order to make TriHealth the place where team members want to work, physicians want to practice, and the community chooses to receive healthcare.

It’s Easy to Share Your Feedback!

Beginning Monday, June 5, you can access the survey in multiple easy ways:

  • Perceptyx, our survey partner, will send a personalized link to the confidential survey to your TriHealth email.
  • You can text 2023Survey to 22333 to access the survey.
  • You can scan a QR code to access the survey through your smart phone.
  • Click the link to log in to the 2023 TriHealth Engagement & Magnet Survey Site and use your TriHealth employee ID or your Physician/APC NPI number. The link works best if opened in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari. (NOTE: Please use the number portion of your TriHealth employee ID, leaving out the letters)

As with every TriHealth Engagement survey, your individual responses remain confidential.

Participating in this survey gives us the opportunity to see and hear your feedback so that all of us at TriHealth – team members, physicians and leaders – can continue on our journey from Good to Great!

I think more psychiatric training should be offered. A lot of non-nursing staff don't know how to deal with psychiatric patient. I feel diversity training should be offered every six months because we deal with people from all over all classes, religions genders. We also need to offer grief counseling for staff immediately like when we see trauma in the emergency. Alot goes on all day in the emergency room, and it can be mentally stressful. We should have support as well.

I think that you should have room to explain the reason for selecting the answers we did, it is not always a one click answer!!

Some of the staff nurse questions do not apply to me as I do not work in a direct patient care role or interact with patients. My answers come from reviews of chart and results I see of outcomes and the role of nurses in that outcome.

I felt like we needed more opportunity to discuss more concerns other than to jot down to ways to improve. I know our leadership is working on many improvements in our department, but there is so much work to be done. Thanks for the opportunity to provide input.
