Building a culture of belonging to foster trusted relationships with our diverse community is a vital part of our work to address disparities and improve health equity. By integrating a focus of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging into everything we do, we can deliver better care, better health, and better value to the entire community. That is why TriHealth will once again serve as the official healthcare provider for Cincinnati Pride.

Team members are invited to join TriHealth on Saturday, June 24, at Sawyer Point for the Cincinnati Pride Festival! The event will feature games, rides, live entertainment, booths, food, drinks and fun for all ages including a Family Fun Zone! Following the parade, the Festival will be held at Sawyer Point & Yeatman’s Cove from 12-9pm.  

Cincinnati Pride is celebrating its 50th year this year. Since 1973, Cincinnati Pride has worked with businesses and organizations such as TriHealth, to bring together the community annually to celebrate the first public pride celebration in Greater Cincinnati. Additionally, Cincinnati Pride collaborates with other organizations through outreach programs, citizen involvement, events, and educational resources to those inside and outside of the LGBTQ community. Members from PRISM, Corporate Health, and Talent Acquisition will be volunteering at Cincinnati Pride. PRISM is TriHealth’s employee resource group that partners with the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging (DEI+B) to create a more inclusive workplace culture that supports the LGBTQ+ team members, patients, and community through networking, educational events, outreach and more.
