TriHealth Bridge

June 21, 2023

Oracle, TriHealth’s new fully integrated Human Resources Information System, is now live and accessible for all team members and physicians!

Oracle is a modern, cloud-based HR technology that provides an enhanced team member experience through the use of self-service technology. With Oracle as the “front door” to all your HR information, it is now easier for team members and physicians to find the HR information they need, when they need it.

Oracle is accessible 24/7 by simply visiting Bridge and clicking the “Oracle” tab in the top navigation bar. Be sure to bookmark Oracle for convenient, direct access to the system.

Oracle has replaced SuccessFactors, INFOR for HR, and parts of HR Central. Other HR systems such as Kronos and Learn are now easy to find within the Oracle app.

Team members and physicians are highly encouraged to log in to Oracle to make sure their personal information transferred correctly to the new system. Additionally, team members and physicians can now update any HR transactions that have been on-hold since June 4 due to the HR system freeze.

A brief online training course is available in Learn

The benefits of Oracle include:

  • Simple and easy to use interface. Oracle empowers team members to quickly and easily complete all HR tasks from one place. Whether updating contact or banking information, completing an annual performance evaluation, requesting a leave of absence, or reviewing pay slips, Oracle puts our team members in charge with less intervention from HR and Payroll!
  • Convenience. With Oracle as the online “front door” to all HR information and integrated systems, team members will be able to complete HR tasks from anywhere at any time...24/7!
  • Real-time support. With a variety of just-in-time support resources – including a Help Center, online chat assistant, step-by-step user guides, just-in-time definitions and glossaries – team members will not need to be experts to take action in Oracle.

Questions?
Through Oracle’s real-time support resources, including the Help Center and Digital Assistant, your questions can likely be answered within the Oracle app. You can also refer to this Day 1 Oracle FAQ for further assistance. For questions you cannot resolve, please call the HR Service Center at 513-569-5950.
