Starting February 2023, team members who earn up to $22 per hour and have difficulty finding reliable transportation or who routinely utilize Cincinnati's mass transit to get to work are eligible to apply for a 12-month Metro annual pass, good for unlimited rides for FREE!
Free Metro Annual Passes
The Metro annual pass is for team members only and will include the team member's name. Team members can use the Metro annual pass for transportation to and from work, but team members may also use the pass to assist with other transportation needs to support the team members' physical, financial, and mental/emotional well-being.
Applying For A Pass
There are a limited number of passes, and passes are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
When Metro annual passes are printed, they will be delivered to team members individually or at open-door pick-up times at select locations.
While the Mass Transit Pass program has been in place since November 2021, we are shifting from monthly Metro passes to a year-long Metro pass. We are excited to extend this program and what it means for team members participating in the Mass Transit Pass program. TriHealth is making a significant investment because we believe that supporting team members' ability to get to work and help reduce the financial impact of their transportation needs is a priority.
Team members who are 100% work-from-home are not eligible for this program.
