In this article, we highlight some of the benefits and perks available to all TriHealth team members, all in one convenient place!

Did you know, PerkSpot is TriHealth’s team member discount platform which offers discounts on travel, shopping, attractions, and much more. Check PerkSpot for access to thousands of discounts in over 25 different categories, updated daily. Filter your map results by categories like restaurants, health & fitness, retail, and more!

Self-Care | Made Simple

At TriHealth, the health and wellbeing of our team members are a priority! And during stressful times, it's even more imperative you practice self-care, and encourage fellow team members to do the same.

The Self-Care | Made Simple page provides strategies to support your emotional and physical wellbeing for every team member to use at any time. You can learn more about forming habits to integrate self-care into your daily routine through eating well, stressing less and moving more.

Team Member Resource Center (TMRC)

The dedicated, compassionate Resource Navigators at the TMRC can connect you with programs available through TriHealth or organizations within your community. You can find the relief you need through wellbeing resources, including:

• Connection to wellbeing resources
• Childcare services and resources
• Financial services
• Food instability and services
• Team Member Emergency Funds
