There should also be some consideration for nurses that have been loyal employees and not jumped around to other hospitals. TriHealth should care about keep experienced nurses and compensate for experience and length of service.

"You can view your new base rate and salary range information by logging into HR Central > Employee Self Service (ESS)" This instruction needs at least one more step. Both "Infor Employee SelfService" from the top left-hand corner and Quick Links - Compensation Employee Self Service have many sublinks. It is not clear where the new base rate and salary range information is located.
The update seems to imply that compensation increases are currently visible, but I am unable to view them through either versions of Employee Self Service. I may have to wait for week of February 22 for the Compensation Statement, which should be fine.
