The 2024 TriHealth Engagement Pulse & Safety Survey launched Monday, January 8 and runs through Friday, January 19!
The 2024 TriHealth Engagement Pulse & Safety Survey is your chance to provide feedback on key opportunities for improvement throughout our organization. Now that we are halfway through the fiscal year, we want to check in with our team members, physicians, and leaders to evaluate the progress made since the last full survey in June 2023.
Between Monday, January 8, 2024 and Friday, January 19, 2024, you have the opportunity to tell us how we are doing by participating in the 2024 TriHealth Engagement Pulse and Safety Survey. By taking about 10 minutes to complete this confidential survey, you can help us continue to make progress by sharing where we’ve improved and where we need to continue to focus our efforts.

We have taken important steps that are leading to an improved work and practice environment for our team members and physicians and have made efforts to reward our team members for stepping up to ensure that no patient was ever turned away. This has all been done to make TriHealth the place where team members want to work, physicians want to practice, and the community chooses to receive healthcare.

- You can also scan the QR code to access the survey through your smart phone.
