The 2023 TriHealth Company Picnic at Kings Island is happening later this month! TriHealth team members, employed physicians and volunteers* can order two FREE tickets, up to four discounted tickets at $20 each plus tax with the option to purchase even more tickets at $48 each plus tax.
Each ticket entitles the ticket holder to free parking, admission to Kings Island, including Soak City, a free meal in the Picnic Grove and free drinks throughout the park with an all-day drink wristband.
Order Your Tickets
Between August 1-15, visit the TriHealth online ticket ordering site to order your tickets using your unique gift code.
TriHealth team members, employed physicians and volunteers* will receive an email on Tuesday, August 1 from TotallyAppreciated@trihealth.com with a unique code that will be used to order tickets from the TriHealth online ticketing site. Volunteers will receive their unique code through the email address that is on file – those volunteers without an email can work with their volunteer coordinator to receive a code.The TriHealth online ticket ordering site will walk you through the ordering process. It’s a Day of Summer Fun!
On Sunday, August 27, 2023, from 10am-8pm, TriHealth team members, employed physicians, volunteers and their friends and family will gather to celebrate, reconnect, eat and have fun at Kings Island. Each ticket holder will receive:
- FREE parking
- FREE admission to Kings Island, including Soak City
- FREE meal at the Picnic Grove
- FREE drinks throughout the park with the all-day drink wristband, which can be redeemed at any Coca-Cola drink station throughout the park
- FREE activities in the Picnic Grove, where you can mingle with TriHealth leaders and fellow team members, take photos with Peanuts™ characters, and more!
- FREE access to Season Pass Early Ride Time from 9:30am-10:00am on select attractions at Kings Island and 10:30am-11:00am on select attractions in Soak City. View the Kings Island Early Ride Time Calendar for the list of available attractions.
Select a Meal & Meal Time
- When ordering your tickets through the TriHealth online ticket ordering site, select your meal preference for each ticket: Standard or Vegetarian/Gluten Free.
- Choose your hour-long meal time for entry into the Picnic Grove. Be sure to select the same meal time for each ticket so you can enjoy a meal together. Note: each hour-long meal time has a capacity limit and will be unavailable to select once filled.
Reminders
- If you are experiencing technical issues on the TriHealth online ticketing site, we recommend completing your order on a device that is not connected to the TriHealth network, like a smart phone or personal laptop.
- Please note that tickets ordered on the TriHealth online ticketing site will not appear in the Kings Island app.
- If you have a Kings Island season pass, you may use it for parking and entry to Kings Island. However, your season pass will not give you access to the other perks offered at the 2023 TriHealth Company Picnic — free meal in the Picnic Grove, free drinks throughout the park with the all-day drink wristband and the opportunity to meet with senior leaders and reconnect with fellow team members while in the Picnic Grove.
- Children two and under receive free admission to Kings Island and do not need a ticket to claim their free meal in the Picnic Grove.
- Review the “Instructions to Order Your TriHealth Company Picnic Tickets” email you received from TotallyAppreciated@trihealth.com for your unique code and additional ticketing tips and tricks.
- New for the 2023 season, Kings Island has implemented a chaperone policy to maintain a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all guests. You can learn more at Kings Island Code of Conduct & Policies.
- The great news is, since Kings Island will still be open to the public on Sunday, August 27, you can meet up with any friends, family, neighbors, or carpool buddies. The more, the merrier!

* To be eligible, you must be employed by the legal entity TriHealth, Inc. and hired on or before August 14, 2023, or have actively volunteered in 2022 or 2023. Those employed by organizations affiliated or partnered with TriHealth are not eligible.
