TriHealth Bridge

October 31, 2022

Open Enrollment for 2023 benefits will take place between Monday, October 31, 2022 and Friday, November 11, 2022.

At TriHealth, we are committed to supporting our team members in living happy, healthy, and productive lives – when you feel your best and your family's healthcare needs are supported, you are better able to care for our patients and your fellow team members. Because of this, TriHealth’s Total Rewards package includes more than just pay compensation and benefits.

Open Enrollment is your opportunity to elect the benefits coverage for January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2023 that makes the most sense for you and your family. As a reminder, team members cannot enroll in benefits or make changes to current benefits outside of the Open Enrollment period and will have to wait to enroll in benefits or make changes to their benefits until the next Open Enrollment period (Fall of 2023), unless they have a qualifying life event.

Open Enrollment for 2023 is a passive enrollment, meaning benefits-eligible team members will maintain their current insurance and benefits coverage for 2023 without taking action during Open Enrollment.

Team members are strongly encouraged to visit HRCentral and the Enrollment Center to review their current benefits and ensure they continue to meet their needs. If you would like to contribute to a Spending Account (FSA/LFSA/DCFSA or HSA), elect a PTO sellback, or change any other benefits coverages, you must take action during Open Enrollment.

You must be logged in to a TriHealth computer on-site or connected to the TriHealth network through VPN (if remote) to access HRCentral. If you are at home, you can access Benefits Enrollment using Bridge and the Authenticator App. Click here to view a tip sheet on how to access Team Member Resources while at home. Please call the IS Service Center at 513-569-5100 for assistance if needed.

Upcoming Changes for 2023

Please review the What’s New and Changing flyer and visit HRCentral to review the important changes occurring in 2023.

Beginning in 2023, Dental Care Plus will no longer be offered as a coverage option. This decision was not made lightly, but was ultimately determined to be the best course of action moving forward due to many providers falling out of network under Dental Care Plus. Team members currently enrolled in Dental Care Plus will be automatically enrolled in the corresponding tier of coverage under Delta Dental if no action is taken during Open Enrollment. Team members wishing to elect the dental benefit have the option to enroll in the Delta Dental insurance plan for 2023.

You Must Take Action to Elect a PTO Sellback or Contribute to a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account

Visit HRCentral and complete the online enrollment process if you want to elect a PTO sellback, or designate contributions to a flexible spending account or health savings account. You must be logged in to a TriHealth computer on-site or connected to the TriHealth network through VPN (if remote) to access HRCentral.
