National Senior Health & Fitness Day is celebrated annually on the last Wednesday of May. It is a day dedicated to the betterment of the health of seniors. The common goal is to help senior Americans stay fit and healthy.

Join us at the TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion where we will host a special event on Wednesday, May 25 with a free fitness center guest day. Featured events and services include: TriHealth Seniority, Aquatic classes, Pickleball, Tai Chi, Yoga and balance classes, talks on Balance, Osteoarthritis, and Active Aging. Fun games and prizes too! Feel free to share with your family members.
