The American Society for Health Care Human Resources Administration celebrates Healthcare HR Professionals during the third week of March – and TriHealth is recognizing our outstanding 1HR team members who play a vital role in The TriHealth Way of Leading and Delivering Care and our commitment to Getting Healthcare Right.

Our 1HR team helps us attract and retain outstanding, diverse talent, provide all team members access to a wide variety of resources to develop and grow their careers, and ensure TriHealth can offer a competitive Total Rewards package that provides each team member and physician with secure financial well-being. Their behind-the-scenes contributions make it possible for TriHealth to provide the highest quality care to our patients and the community. Because Human Resources is all about people and our 1HR team takes care of the people who take care of our patients.

Over the course of the pandemic, they helped to increase the support offered to our team members to keep pace with the challenges created by the pandemic—from every TriHealth team member earning additional pay through the living wage increases, Healthcare Hero bonuses, student loan contribution program, or additional Helping Hands incentives to flexing schedules for quarantines and vaccinations, to the Team Member Resource Center providing connections to resources at TriHealth and in the community.
