Hello Friends of Fernside!

Our annual Fernside Summer Camp is approaching this upcoming July 22-24 and we have some volunteer opportunities available.

We're in Need of a Few Good Men!

We are in need of a few male volunteers to help at camp this year as Camp Counselors. Do you have any friends, family or co-workers who would be interested in this opportunity?

• Training and support will be provided to help prepare for the weekend.
• Volunteers can commit for the entire weekend (Friday morning through Sunday afternoon), for part of the time as day support or to help with cabin coverage overnight.
• Fernside’s Summer Camp is held at Camp Joy in Clarksville, Ohio.

Respite Volunteers Needed Saturday, July 23rd from 12:30 - 4 p.m.

We are also in need of a group of Respite Volunteers to help give our camp counselors an afternoon break. This time at camp will be filled with fun at the pool and a water carnival which is sure to make you feel like a kid again! This commitment is only for the Saturday afternoon of camp.
