The arrival of the COVID-19 Omicron variant brought with it school and child care closures, increased uncertainty and worry, and even more disruption to our personal and professional lives. If you’ve faced additional challenges over the past weeks, or if you continue to carry burdens that have piled up since the pandemic reached our community, you are not alone. 
 
For over two years, the Team Member Resource Center has been a partner for any TriHealth team member, no matter your length of service, benefits eligibility, pay rate or FTE status (full-time, part-time, or optional). 
 
The dedicated, compassionate Resource Navigators can connect you with programs available through TriHealth or organizations within your community. You can find the relief you need when you take advantage of well-being resources, financial services, child care solutions, or access the Team Member Emergency Fund if needed.
