From among a field of progressive, compassionate and inspiring Chief Human Resources Officers (CHRO), TriHealth's HR Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer David Cook was honored as the 2021 CHRO of the Year in the non-profit sector from HRO Today magazine.

This award acknowledges David and the HR team's work in developing and implementing the TriHealth Team Member Resource Center (TMRC), which fully supports TriHealth's team members and physicians – personally, professionally, and financially – from the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic and far beyond. With our team members at the center of every decision, David and the HR team evolved the TMRC services to provide career coaching to eligible team members and financial and personal well-being services needed as the pandemic continues to shape the routines and expend the energy of people across the world.

This work, recognized by HRO Today, has touched the lives of thousands of team members and their loved ones over the past two years. TriHealth continues to make a tangible difference in the lives of the over 13,000 TriHealth team members and physicians.
