On Monday, February 7, TriHealth TIPS (TriHealth Integrated Policy System) will be getting a refresh. Our policies, both Corporate and Department-level, will be moving out of OnBase into a software that works more like Google. Team members will still find TIPS in the same spot on Bridge under “Menu”.

Exciting New Improvements:

• Searches that produce complete lists of all policies containing the word(s) we’re looking for.
 
• One-click access to policies in their entirety from blue hyperlinks (shown above).
• Entire policies appear within seconds and can be easily printed, saved, and forwarded.
• Frequently accessed policies can be saved to Favorites in your personalized web browsers.
• OnBase portal favorited policies, “DocPop-Links,” and any links to the old OnBase TIPS portal will no longer be accessible. New links to the new TIPS portal will need to be created.
• Information Systems will coordinate the update of policies currently hyperlinked in EPIC.
• Policies can be accessed outside of the network.
• Policies can be viewed in a list within their area’s folders, like a table of contents.
• Browse all policies at a glance & view a specific policy by clicking on the title.

Policy owners and coordinators will be contacted for personalized training about TIPS’ new policy review, edit and approval enhancements.
