The 2022 team member compensation increases will be effective on Sunday, February 13 and visible on your pay stub on Thursday, March 3.
Viewing New Pay Rates
Beginning February 22, you can view your new base rate and salary range information by logging into HR Central > Employee Self Service (ESS) (via Employee Self Service (SS) icon in the top left-hand corner) if you signed/completed an appraisal, including at-max lump sum awards.

2022 Merit Increase Budget
The merit increase budget across TriHealth was 2.5%. Division leaders administered merit increases to achieve an average allocation of 2.5%. Our average merit allocation is above the healthcare market both locally (2.3%) and throughout the Midwest region (2.4%).
