Congratulations to Terri Hanlon-Bremer, Senior Vice President of Employer Solutions and Population Health, for recently being named by Modern Healthcare Magazine as a "Top 25 Innovator" in healthcare for 2022.

Terri was recognized for her collaborative leadership in implementing TriHealth's value-based care and financing models while improving our performance as an Accountable Care Organization (ACO). In recent years, TriHealth was named the top performing ACO in Ohio by UnitedHealthcare and the #2 ACO in the nation by Anthem. Modern Healthcare cited Terri's "work to apply consumer science to healthcare, expand value-based care models and build partnerships to address multiple health factors" in addressing many population and public health challenges facing the Greater Cincinnati community.
