TriHealth is launching its first Hispanic/Latinx Employee Resource Group (ERG), known as SOMOS!

What is SOMOS?
SOMOS is an employee resource group (ERG) with a vision to create a more inclusive workforce that reflects our society today with our Hispanic/Latinx population.
SOMOS’s mission is to support, educate, and increase opportunities for TriHealth’s Hispanic/Latinx team members by celebrating cultural differences through community involvement, recruitment and retention, and membership. Due to Cincinnati’s increasingly diverse and large Hispanic/Latinx population, advancing the care of our community is our priority.
SOMOS will focus on specific organizational issues impacting Hispanic/Latinx team members and patients. It promotes the recruitment, retention and career mobility of Hispanic/Latinx team members while helping to enhance a positive patient experience for all.
