TriHealthNow is an innovative, telehealth program created to provide patients in the Greater Cincinnati community with even greater access to TriHealth care when and where they need it most.
TriHealthNow gives patients remote access to healthcare using a smart phone, tablet or laptop. This tool will enable patients to easily meet with and be treated by physicians remotely, wherever patients are located, providing convenient access to TriHealth’s trusted physicians. TriHealthNow is designed to offer you flexible and convenient care options to meet your needs – including the ability to connect with a board-certified physician anytime and anywhere that is convenient for you.
To access TriHealthNow, simply visit trihealthnow.com from your mobile device or desktop. Or download the TriHealthNow app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
TriHealthNow visits cost $49 per visit. However, TriHealth team members and dependents covered by the HPP are also welcome to use the tool for only $5 a visit. Team members and covered dependents must submit a paper claim to Anthem for potential reimbursement. Team members and dependents covered by the HD plan must submit a claim in order for the visit to be potentially applied to their deductible. Coinsurance will apply if your deductible is met making the cost $9.80 per encounter on HD Blue Connection and $17.15 per encounter on HD Blue Access.
Team members covered by TriHealth’s Employee Health Plan are advised to follow the process below to submit claims to Anthem.
Process to submit claim to Anthem:
1. Print Your TriHealthNow Receipt
• Following a completed TriHealthNow visit, the patient will receive an email with a link to access their visit summary
• Click this link to access your visit summary within TriHealthNow to review receipt
• Print your receipt to submit with the Anthem Medical Claim form (step 2)
2. Download & Submit Your Anthem Medical Claim Form
• Access the Anthem Medical Claim form through HR Central (HR Central>Quick Links>All forms>Benefit Forms>Anthem Medical Claim form)
• Follow the instructions to submit an Anthem Medical Claim form along with your TriHealthow visit receipt
