The spring season is a great time to use your previously received Honey Baked Ham certificate, originally sent back in November 2021, if you have yet to do so. The certificate is redeemable for either ham, turkey, or a pie with two sides.

Many team members* have redeemed the voucher sent to their TriHealth email starting on November 17, 2021. Since your voucher never expires, you can redeem it for any of the upcoming spring holidays. Here are a few things that can make the ordering process a piece of cake (or pie)!

Digital Gift Certificate

• Team members* received their Honey Baked Ham gift certificate email starting on November 17, 2021, under the subject line [EXTERNAL] TriHealth Wishes You Happy Holidays with a Honey Baked Ham.
• The email came from retailservice@hbham.com, an outside email address, so remember to check your spam, junk or "Other" inbox folders and make sure the email was not deleted by mistake. Click here to find instructions on the "Other" inbox folder.
• The email has been vetted and approved by TriHealth Information Systems.

Helpful Tips

• Placing your order online is recommended but not required. Orders need to be placed at least 24 hours before their pick-up date and time. The sooner, the better—especially around the holidays!
• You are welcome to stop by a location without placing an order ahead of time, but Honey Baked Ham can't guarantee what will be in stock.
• Make sure the QR code is visible if you choose to print your voucher.

Online Orders

• Ordering on a TriHealth Computer – If you are placing an order from a TriHealth computer, please use Microsoft Edge or Chrome. Internet Explorer will not support the ordering process.
• Ordering on Mobile/ Cell Phone – If you are ordering on your mobile/cell phone that is connected to TriHealth email and the "Redeem in Stores Now" button isn't working, please click on the blue honeybaked.com link below that button. The Honey Baked Ham website will open in the Microsoft Edge app. 

These additional steps have become necessary in partnership with TriHealth's new multifactor authentication process. TriHealth is taking valuable and responsible measures to secure our patients', team members' and the health system's online data. It's the responsible choice but requires a few additional actions to complete the Honey Baked Ham ordering process. We apologize for this unexpected snag!

How to Place a Pickup Order Online

• Go to honeybaked.com
• Select "Pick-up"
• Enter your zip code and select "Place Pickup Order" under your preferred Honey Baked Ham location
• Select "Reserve Online Pickup & Pay in Store"
• Add your item(s) to the cart and select "Checkout"
• Choose your preferred pick-up date and time, enter your contact information, then "Submit Order"
• Make sure your Honey Baked Ham gift certificate QR code is accessible and ready to be scanned when you pick up your order

Assistance and Questions 

• If you have not received your gift certificate, begin by following the "Digital Gift Certificate" instructions listed above. If you still cannot locate your gift certificate even after checking your spam, junk or "Other" inbox folders, please email HoneyBakedGiftCardFAQ@hbham.com. Be sure to include your first and last name and TriHealth email address.
• For immediate assistance or to place an order over the phone, contact your local store.
• If you have more limiting dietary restrictions that prevent you from receiving a meal option from Honey Baked Ham, please email TotallyAppreciated@trihealth.com.

so do we get another one for Easter? there isn't any way to get the certificate, if it is a new one.
