The Bethesda Auxiliary is excited to begin a new partnership with Joseph-Beth to bring an all new gift and coffee shop experience at Bethesda North Hospital! The new gift shop will continue to provide a great experience and will bring an expanded selection and more frequent changes of merchandise for guests and team members at Bethesda North. Operations of the adjacent coffee shop will be transitioned from FANS to Joseph-Beth, which was founded in 1986 as a premier bookstore, gift shop and bistro.
The Nurture Gift Shop, operated by Joseph-Beth, will create a place of reprieve for patients, visitors and team members. In addition to offering snacks and beverages, the Nurture Gift Shop will carry Bethesda North and TriHealth branded logo products, an assortment of local products and unique clothing and gift items. Bethesda North will be home to the first-ever Nourish concept from Joseph-Beth. Nourish offers brewed coffee drinks, featuring Rooted Grounds, and tea. In addition, specialty juices, water, grab and go foods and unique packaged snacks will be available. A portion of proceeds from the Nurture Gift Shop and Nourish will continue to go to the Bethesda Auxiliary. Team members will have the opportunity to take advantage of the Nourish mobile ordering app and payment via payroll deduction will be available at both the Nourish Gift Shop and Nurture.
A phased transition before the Grand Opening this summer of the new Joseph-Beth Nurture Gift Shop and Nourish Coffee Shop will be announced soon.

The gift shop Good Samaritan had prior to Joseph Beth was, by far, a much better variety & prices everyone could afford..... not so much now, unfortunately, which is why I very rarely even go into the shop.

I will miss the current gift shop, and the current Rooted Grounds coffee shop. I love going in our gift shop! I find the Good Sam gift shop boring and offering way less variety and at higher prices.

I'm sure this will be great. But our gift shop is unique and the buyers do a great job of finding unique gifts that you cannot find at Joseph Beth. I hate to our gift shop go.
