Select Medical virtually hosted their annual CEO/MD Awards Ceremony to look back and recognize the achievements of various hospitals from over the past year. This year, the TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital won 6 awards for their 2020 performance which is the most awards of any Select Medical Hospital! This is an impressive accomplishment that attests to the high-quality care they deliver and the culture they continue to strive to improve every day.
The awards included:
- Excellence in Employee Engagement Award, Top Participation – Highlights staff engagement and working together as a team
- Excellence in Patient Experience Award, Most Improved – Measured by the number of “excellent” responses to the question about overall satisfaction on the patient satisfaction surveys
- Digital Excellence Award – Recognizes the hospital’s online presence, including patient stories, social engagement, and reputation management
- Chairman’s Award Gold – Based on hospitals operational performance
- Employee Safety Award – Exceeding standard of keeping employees safe from injury
- Chairman’s Hospital of Excellence Award – Outstanding clinical outcomes for our patients in an excellent work environment for our team
Matt Lehn, CEO of our partner TriHealth Rehabilitation Hospital, is sharing the celebration with their team members by handing out popcorn and lunch bags to everyone as a small token of appreciation. They plan to continue finding ways to celebrate their success and thank team members for their hard work and dedication.
