Rick Daniels transporter at the Thomas Center. When it is time for the patient to (rind the bell) competition of cancer treatment he is right there cheering them on. He welcomes each patient with professionalism and welcoming them as if they were family. Most patients no his name my heart and request him instead of letting someone else help to take them to the area they need to be! Makes the patient feel special and part of Trihealth Family.

Has helped two patients up that had fell in the entrance of the Thomas center. Communicates with all personal to ensure patients are treated with the upmost respect and kindness. I have been a patient and seen him apply all SERVE values. He is very missed when on vacation. He goes out of his way to help the team and the patients.
