In honor of National Nursing Assistants Week, June 17-23, we're recognizing the vital role of our Patient Care Assistants (PCAs) in the TriHealth Way of Serving and Delivering Care, part of our commitment to Getting Healthcare Right!
The dedication of our PCAs to the sacred work of compassionately serving our patients through essential tasks every day is making a very real difference in the physical and emotional healing process for our patients, as well as their families. Thanks to the critical support of our PCAs, our nursing teams are able to deliver patient care at the best of their ability, and our patients receive the exceptional care they need.
TriHealth has recently standardized the work of the PCAs, providing clarification to their role and better communication of best practices, consequently helping the retention of our amazing PCA teams.
