For patients where English is a second language, we have translated our MyChart informational flyer into the top 10 languages spoken by TriHealth patients.
The provider that came up with this idea has numerous patients who speak English as a second language. These patients struggle when calling the office and in trying to arrange for care. He found that once he was able to assist these patients through MyChart, the patient could use Google translate to change language for requests to English. Once a provider responds to that message, the patient uses Google translate to go from English back to their first language of choice. Hopefully, these flyers can remove the barrier of getting more patients into MyChart, allowing for more seamless communication with provider teams.
Languages available include: Arabic, Chinese, French, Hindi, Japanese, Nepali, Russian, Spanish, Uzbek, and Vietnamese. These flyers can be found below or on the COVID-19 Vaccine page.

In addition to this resource it would be an *enormous* help to include a phone # for all TriHealth patients for technical support. Currently these calls go the operators who are unable to resolve their issues.
