The 2021 team member compensation increases will be effective on Sunday, February 14 and visible on your pay stub on Thursday, March 4. 
 
Viewing New Pay Rates 
You can view your new base rate and salary range information by logging into HR Central > Employee Self Service (ESS) (via Employee Self Service (SS) icon in the top left-hand corner). 
 
The 2021 Compensation Increase Award Statements will be available to you the week of February 22 if you signed/completed an appraisal, including at-max lump sum awards. You can find your statement on SuccessFactors > Home (top left) My Team Member File > Compensation Statement. 
 
2021 Merit Increase Budget
The merit increase budget across TriHealth was 2.5%. Division leaders administered merit increases to achieve an average allocation of 2.5%. Our average merit allocation is above the healthcare market both locally (2.3%) and throughout the Midwest region (2.4%).
 
Please review your compensation statement and follow up with your direct one-up leader if you have questions.
