With the start of the new fiscal year, throughout TriHealth, leaders, team members and physicians are looking forward to a bright future, continuing our journey from Good to Great! 
 
Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, we've not lost our passion for making TriHealth the place where team members want to work, physicians want to practice, and the community chooses to receive healthcare. And we aren't stopping now. 
 
Between Monday, August 16, and Friday, August 27, you have the opportunity to tell us how we are doing by participating in the 2021 TriHealth Engagement & Safety Survey.

Before you complete your survey, take a moment to check out the TriHealth Wins and a few of the ways TriHealth is Investing in You. Refresh yourself on how we've taken action on your feedback, our system-wide wins, and increased our safety measures. 
 
We Are Making It Easy to Share Your Feedback!
On Monday, August 16, you can access the survey multiple ways:
  • Check your TriHealth email for a survey invitation from Perceptyx, our new survey administrator, with your personalized link to the confidential survey;
  • Click here to access the survey portal
  • Text 2021SURVEY to 22333; or
  • Aim your smartphone at the QR Code to open the Perceptyx portal. 
Make sure you have your TriHealth employee ID or your Physician/APC NPI number on hand if you access the survey through the portal link, text, or scan the QR Code. 
 
What's New This Year
We've made enhancements to the 2021 survey to make it easier for you to provide feedback and easier for TriHealth leaders to take action!
  • New User Experience - We are rolling out a fresh survey experience with Perceptyx, our new survey partner. You'll discover a simplified survey experience and have a variety of ways to access the online survey.
  • Customized Questions - Team members and physicians will access the survey with customized questions. The amount and type of questions you will be asked are based on where you work and your role at TriHealth. Answers are automatically saved so users can stop and come back to the survey later without having to start over.
  • Streamlined Survey Requests - To reduce the number of surveys we ask you to take, we've combined the Team Member and Physician Engagement Surveys with the Culture of Safety Survey, required by the Joint Commission and Leapfrog.
Team members and physicians haven't completed a full survey since 2019. We are excited to give you the opportunity to share your thoughts on your work experience, TriHealth leadership, the TriHealth culture, and the health system's future.
 
While your individual responses will remain confidential, as they are every year, we look forward to learning what's going well and what we can improve on our journey from Good to Great, as we work together to get healthcare right for our community – better care, better health, better value!

I got almost through the survey, then a page came up that my session was lost.... could not get back on....
