The Distinguished CHEST Educator (DCE) designation is awarded to CHEST members based on their contributions to CHEST education leadership, development and delivery over the previous 3 years (2018-2020), and participation in formal CHEST faculty development programs.
Dr. Javaheri’s extensive involvement with CHEST education has earned him the DCE designation for 2021. He will be honored during the CHEST 2021 Annual Meeting on October 17 and will be listed on the CHEST website in the coming year.
