This week, April 25 – May 1, 2021, we celebrate Patient Experience Week. We want to acknowledge the many talents and hard work of our Patient Experience team members over the last year, playing a vital role in The TriHealth Way of Leading, Serving and Delivering Care.

 

At TriHealth, the dedicated service of our Patient Experience team drives excellence in patient, family, visitor and team member experience, and the team provides a model to us all in how to apply our SERVE values when interacting with guests and caring for team members. Our Patient Experience team includes dedicated team members serving in Guest Services, Patient Relations, Volunteer Services and Patient Engagement and the team builds strategies and programs that drive excellence in patient, family, visitor and team member experience across our system.
