Now's the time to get trained and ready for the transition to TriHealth's new courier, Accurate Courier Services (ACS)! We have a variety of ways for you to receive training including several live webinars happening over the next week. Please choose at least ONE of the below training methods based on how you learn best. Feel free to use all methods for extra reinforcement or a helpful reminder as needed!

     • This 5-10 minute video will share helpful information on how to create an on-demand order and understand how to print and use labels. 

 

     • Read the training materials available in the documents section below and print off as a quick reference as needed.

 

     • Attend one of the 30-minute live webinars hosted by Accurate Courier Services (ACS) and the TriHealth Courier Transition Team.

     • During each webinar, the pre-recorded video of How to use RapidShip (the on-demand web-based portal) will be shown, then viewers’ questions submitted through the chat box will be answered.

     • We will continue to build our FAQ off the questions that are asked and follow up offline if additional information or support is needed.

         - Monday, April 19 at 5:00pm

         - Tuesday, April 20 at 7:00am
