The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership cohort, offered through a partnership between TriHealth and Mount St. Joseph University, is a great opportunity for TriHealth team members interested in earning an advanced degree. The MSOL is a business degree with a leadership focus. Participating as part of the cohort reduces individual out-of-pocket costs, offers the convenience of on-site class meetings, and provides a supportive environment for the challenges of balancing work, life, and education.
