HOC Navigators and Hospice of Cincinnati go live on Epic.
On November 1, 2020, HOC Navigators and Hospice of Cincinnati will go live on Epic. We’re excited that our patients, providers, and the Hospice care team will have all the benefits of a fully integrated medical record.Epic will be used at Hospice inpatient units located in Blue Ash, Eastgate, Hamilton & Twin Towers. Care provided to patients at home will also be documented in Epic.
Information Systems will provide 24-hour onsite support at all inpatient units through November 13, 2020. In addition, IS will staff a 24-hour Command Center. The Command Center can be reached by calling 569-5100.
