TriHealth is placing an enhanced focus on safety! Our goal is zero harm to patients, team members and visitors.

All team members are invited to participate in weekly safety activities on Bridge. Throughout the month we will focus on different aspects of safety at TriHealth, including:

• Safety and Reliability Tools
• HRO Coaches
• Team Member Safety
• Hand Hygiene

For week one, the organization will focus on putting our Safety and Reliability tools into practice. Test your knowledge of our Safety & Reliability tools below for a chance to win TriHealth swag:

Don't forget to use our Safety Shield to remember our Safety and Reliability tools and practices! 

Although we are using the month of June to celebrate our safety achievements and increase awareness, safe care is always a focus at TriHealth, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 

Help spread the important message: Every Day is a Safety Day!
