TriHealth’s new tuition assistance program through Bright Horizons EdAssist Solutions launched Wednesday, July 15, 2020.

The tuition assistance program was redesigned to improve the user experience, make the processes faster and simpler for many team members, and better align the eligible fields of study with TriHealth’s open positions. Now team members can focus on education opportunities that benefit them and their careers at TriHealth.

Under the new program offered through EdAssist Solutions, the annual maximum amount of tuition assistance team members is eligible for remains the same ($5,000 for full-time team members/ $3,000 for part-time team members).

You will have access to

  • EdAssist Solution’s convenient, secure one-stop website where team members can submit applications, grades and receipts, as well as check their tuition assistance status, and more;
  • Free one-on-one career coaching and education counseling to help them choose the most cost-effective education options to put them on their chosen career path;
  • A broad range of more than 220 partner schools offering discounted tuition; and
  • Programs and courses tailored to working adults.

And we didn’t stop there. As opportunities are identified, we’ll continue adding education cohorts to the tuition assistance program. These cohorts will be offered to team members with limited or no out-of-pocket costs.
