TriHealth Bridge

December 07, 2020

Beginning on December 6, 2020, TriHealth team members will earn no less than $15 an hour. For our team members, this increase to a living wage means they will earn an income that allows an individual or family to afford adequate housing, food and other basic essential needs.

TriHealth’s decision to provide a living wage to all our team members is a part of our commitment to supporting team members to live happy, healthy and productive lives, so that they are better able to care for their families and loved ones—and those we serve.

These salary adjustments are focused on those team members who are currently earning below or slightly above $15/hour. Team members increasing to $15/hour will begin to earn the living wage on December 6 and will see their new wage on their December 24 paycheck.

Additionally, we will continue to provide a 50% health plan premium subsidy and an additional 2% retirement contribution for those who qualify. The current premium subsidy wage limits were applied to eligible team members during the benefits Open Enrollment for the calendar year 2021 based on their salary at that time.

Leaders with team members receiving a living wage increase, or any compensation increases, will receive an email notification the week of December 7.

Do other employees not qualify for a living wage increase? This is so confusing.
