TriHealth Bridge

December 29, 2020

On December 22, 2020, TriHealth received its first allotment of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. In anticipation of this delivery – and for ongoing delivery of new vaccine dosage inventory in the coming weeks - TriHealth has prepared plans for the deployment and distribution of the vaccine to our team members and physicians.

For the latest vaccine information and resources, a new Bridge sub-section has been created under our Coronavirus resources page: COVID-19 Vaccine Information.

Be sure to check your email for vaccine scheduling! All team members have now received an email to indicate if they would like to receive the vaccine or not, and you will receive a separate email to schedule your vaccination once your prioritization group is eligible. Team members and providers who declined vaccination or did not respond to the vaccine survey will continue to receive opportunities to sign up for vaccination through email.

Questions about the creation and safety of the vaccines? Check out these videos created by our TriHealth Nurse Researcher Rachel Baker, PhD, RN, CPN, Michele Huff, MSN, RN-BC, CMSRN, CPHQ, Manager of Nursing Quality, and Kim Carter, MSN, RN, DNS-CT, Program Administrator for Nursing Quality:

Be sure to tune into our biweekly Town Halls resuming on January 5, 2020 for more updates and answers to your questions. Email COVIDvaccination@trihealth.com with specific questions about the vaccination process.
