TriHealth Bridge

August 11, 2020

Due to COVID-19 and our financial recovery plan, four TriHealth Outpatient Pharmacies have closed, including Group Health West Chester, Group Health Mason, Arrow Springs Outpatient and Butler Outpatient Pharmacies. Team members have been asking about these TriHealth Pharmacies, and where they can get pharmacy services after these closures. Despite these difficult decisions, we are still here to help our team members with your prescriptions!

Prescriptions are easy to forget to reorder, forget to pick up, they can be expensive, and difficult to navigate the various copays and coupons. We can help with that!

  • We do everything we can to find our team members coupons when they are available.
  • We have a program called Health Minder which can alert you when you are due for a refill.
  • When we have finished filling your prescription, we can send you an email, text or voicemail letting you know it is ready for pick-up.
  • We have multiple ways to order refills, including through the phone, via TriHealth.com or with an app.
  • If you are due to see your doctor and you are out of refills, we are happy to reach out to the office and ask for refills. We accept e-prescribes even for controlled substances.
  • Diabetic Program Participants – You will still be able to get your prescriptions with zero copay!
  • For those who only work nights or weekends at Bethesda North or Good Samaritan Hospitals, we can fill your prescriptions and leave them in the inpatient pharmacy so you can stop by on your shift and pick them up.

TriHealth still has several pharmacy locations ready to help you!

ridiculous how difficult it is to get prescriptions with Trihealth insurance. And which pharmacy will give shingles vaccines?

Very disappointing-it is a long drive from Mason to Kenwood for the selection of items I used to get easily at Group Health Mason, and all the other locations within a 15 minute drive are gone now too. I think leaving one more northern site would have been very helpful.

I have called and had my inhaler refilled but since all of the pharmacies open at 9:00 and close at 5:30, I cannot get it picked up. I work from 8:30-5:00 and cannot get to the pharmacy before it closes. Isn't there a way they can each have one evening to be there until 6:00 for the people who work the same hours they do?

There are no convenient Trihealth pharmacies in the Lebanon area. I had to transfer my Rxs to the Apothecary, which is 25 minutes from my home. I initially transferred to Kroger in Lebanon and the prices are higher and I just do not like dealing with them. It seems the open pharmacies are not well represented on this side of town. Very disappointing!
