We’ve partnered with Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), an accredited leader in online learning for busy adults. SNHU offers College for America degree programs that empower you to reach your education and professional goals, even on a tight schedule.

College for America offers something different - competency-based education: students complete projects to master competencies in order to earn their degree. This type of education opportunity provides:

• Flexibility - Balance going to school with your other responsibilities.
• Affordability - Pursuing your education is practical with College for America through SNHU, thanks to some of the nation’s lowest online tuition fees.
• Career focus - Acquire work-relevant skills that help you gain confidence.

Use EdAssist Solutions for Tuition Assistance

Eligible TriHealth team members may use Education Assistance through EdAssist Solutions for the cost of tuition. For eligibility, review the Education Assistance Corporate Policy (Bridge > Click the dropdown menu > Our Policies (TIPS) > Search for “Education Assistance”). Visit the Career Development section in HR Central for application instructions. There are FAQ’s and instructions specific to College for America.

SNHU also has traditional online programs if competency-based education is not for you. Keep in mind, however, that tuition costs vary for traditional SNHU courses and may exceed your yearly tuition benefit.
