Donna Peters, the current Director IS Application Solution Center, is assuming the role of Senior Director, IS Operations. In this role Donna will lead all day-to-day IS operations as well as partner with the CIO and other leaders, team members, and physicians, on the development and execution of the IS Plan in support of the goals and objectives defined in our TriHealth Business Plan.

Donna started her career at TriHealth in 1998 as a Lead Application Programmer focusing in the areas of Pharmacy and clinical applications. She has since excelled in a variety of progressive leadership roles including Applications Project Leader for Revenue Cycle, Manager of Clinical Applications, and Director of the IS Application Solution Center. Donna excels in everything placed before her, and is known to always be positive, proactive, and solution-driven. Of the many skills Donna has demonstrated consistently through the years, her ability to create and maintain meaningful customer relationships across the enterprise, develop strong teams and leaders, effectively create solutions, eliminate barriers, and deliver results that lead the organization forward are her strongest. Donna has led a variety of successful enterprise projects, coordinated our HIMSS and Davies Award journeys, and facilitated improvements across our IS organization. Donna is quick to share a smile, lend a hand, and lead The Way! Our fearless TriHealth SOAR Chair is always up for a new adventure and is a valued asset to TriHealth and our IS team.
