Please read below for important and timely updates from the Total Rewards team. 

Spending Accounts 
Team members enrolled in a HSA, FSA, LPSA, or Dependent Care FSA for the SY2019 benefit cycle will experience a blackout period from December 9 through December 20, 2019. During this period, team members will not be able to use their cards for payments or access the TASC website. Contributions for the December 12, 2019 paycheck will be preloaded to your card on December 5, 2019, allowing you to pay for claims you know you will have. If you have a claim during this period, you can submit a paper form to TASC directly or pay the claim after December 20. You will receive a new card from TASC prior to December 20, 2019, which will be the card you need to use going forward. You will also receive a welcome packet with instructions for logging into the new TASC website. 

Vacation Sellback 
Team members who did not sign up for vacation sellback during open enrollment are able to complete the form, found on HR Central, and return it to Payroll by December 31, 2019. There are four pay dates in 2020 to pick from and you can sell up to 80 hours back. To be eligible for to sell your vacation time back, team members need at least 104 hours in their bank on the pay date your sellback is scheduled to occur. Once you have selected your sellback date you can increase your 401(k) deferral up to 80% of that total paycheck to help you save for retirement.
