TriHealth Bridge

August 16, 2019

Thank you for your support of our One Campaign. Because of you were are able to support the Freestore Foodbank’s 25th Annual Rubber Duck Regatta, taking place on Sunday, September 1st at 3 p.m., prior to the Western & Southern/WEBN Fireworks.

All dollars raised from the more than 200,000 rubber ducks that will drop from the Purple People bridge into the Ohio river to start the race, will go directly toward providing meals for hungry children and families in our community. Last year the Freestore Foodbank provided more than 27 million meals to over three states and 20 counties.

Adopt Five Ducks, Get Free Stuff!
For each set of five ducks adopted at $25, TriHealth team members will receive one additional duck entry in the race for a total of six ducks, plus their choice of a free Rubber Duck Regatta t-shirt or small rubber duck to keep. Team members who adopt more than one set of five ducks will receive an additional t-shirt or duck, so $50-worth of ducks equals 12 entries in the race, plus two prizes.

Three Ways to Adopt:

  • Fill out the TriHealth Rubber Duck Regatta online form and pay with a credit card.
  • Request a paper adoption form from Ian Woodmansee in Community Relations by calling 513 569 6711 or emailing ian_woodmansee@TriHealth.com. Return all completed applications via interoffice mail to Marketing Communications, TriHealth Baldwin.
  • Stop by Marketing Communications at TriHealth Baldwin (625 Eden Park Drive, 11th Floor, Desk #28).

How Do I Claim My Prize?
In addition to a free duck entry for every five purchased, team members will also qualify for a prize. There are several ways to claim your t-shirt(s) or keepsake rubber duck(s) depending on how you have chosen to donate.

  • Online: Everyone must email a proof of your donation to Ian Woodmansee in Community Relations and indicate your prize selection. Note: These prizes are a special opportunity for our team members, available by donating through TriHealth using the link provided to the TriHealth-specific form.
  • Paper Form: When you submit your adoption form via interoffice mail to Ian Woodmansee in Community Relations, indicate your prize selection.
  • In Person: You can claim your free t-shirt or rubber duck at the time you fill out and submit your adoption form.

The first place winner will receive a 2019 Honda CR-V LX, and possibly $1 million if their duck is the “KEMBA Million Dollar Duck.” The second prize winner will receive $100 from Kroger every week for a year ($5,200 total), and five additional winners will receive $500 cash from KEMBA Credit Union.

Thank you, again, for your support of this year’s One Campaign. This campaign truly allows you to impact the lives of our team members and those we serve in one simple way. And, your donations are helping us improve health, reduce hunger, strengthen financial stability and create educational opportunities for more than 365,000 members of our community.

Comments:

I tried multiple credit cards and none were accepted. According to GE Credit Union, the problem isn't my card. Same true for my AMEX. So do they want my money or not?
