Affiliated Physicians

This login is for only for non-TriHealth physicians who are affiliated with TriHealth. Please enter your email address, and a pass code will be sent to your email. The pass code will also be texted to your cell phone if a phone number was provided to us. Next you'll be taken to a box to enter the pass code, and you will have 5 minutes to enter it. If it takes longer than 5 minutes you will have to begin the login process again.
